Darryl & Tanya Terpstra are owner-operators of Tanda Farms, working alongside their children and team of employees. Tanda Farms is a 3000 sow farrow to finish operation located just south of Listowel ON. They started in 1997 with 600 sows and have since grown to 3000 sows, (2 sow units) allowing for the first step of their own children’s succession planning.
Tanya has a passion for farming and supporting the swine industry, where she currently sits on the Ontario Pork Board. Darryl and Tanya have 7 children ages 24 to 11. Their family has a love for agriculture and passion for the swine industry.
