Mel Luymes

Mel Luymes is the Executive Director of the Ontario Professional Agri-Contractors Association and a freelancer working at the intersection of agriculture, the environment and behaviour. With a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph, she works on her family’s custom farming operation near Drayton, Ontario and writes for local farm publications, while also managing agricultural projects that focus on manure, drainage, soil and water quality and climate change.
