Lisa Wormsbecher

Conestoga Meats

Lisa completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph.  She then proceeded to complete a Masters in Animal Behaviour and Welfare also with the University of Guelph. In 2016 she began work with Conestoga Meats in Procurement and has since developed into a project management role.

Lisa works primarily with animal welfare and meat quality in the plant, as well as working with multiple research organizations. She coordinates research projects and data collection during production.
