Linda Duxbury is a Professor at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University. She received an M.A.Sc. in ChemicalEngineering and a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
Within the past decade she has completed majors studyon Balancing Work and Family in thepublic, private sectors and not for profit sectors; HR and Work-family Issues in the SmallBusiness Sector; and generational differences in work values.
Within the business school at Carleton, Dr. Duxburyteaches masters and PhD courses inManaging Change as well as the masters course in Organizational Behaviour andthe PhD course in Organizational Theory.
Dr. Duxbury has received numerous awards for her both herresearch and teaching.
