I have been a faculty member at the Ontario Veterinary College since 1979 teaching veterinary students about swine health and disease. I received an award from Ontario Pork in 2019 in recognition of my contributions to the Ontario Pork industry. I have published over 250 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and spoken at swine conferences all over the world, most recently as the opening keynote speaker at the International Pig Vet Society Congress in Brazil.
